We all need to have a peace of mind!!!

Every day is a struggle for a peace of mind. You want to help your family and friends, and that is not always easy, so u ware yourself out try to do what u can.   But you have to always find time to rest and calm down, even if it just for five minutes. If you don’t calm down, things get bad and you lose your mind.  Every day I find time to meditate, and take it easy, no matter what crap I am dealing with.
